Scott Provence is a Senior Instructional Designer with a decade of experience in the field of healthcare. His print, instructor-led, and web-based curricula have been delivered across the U.S. and Canada, in partnership with over 5,000 organizations. Most recently, he has designed trainings for sales and customer service staff who received multiple industry awards for their work in patient care.
Scott has written dozens of publications in the fields of wellness, mental health, addiction treatment, and criminal justice. He was also an editor of the American Society of Addiction Medicine’s (ASAM) Criteria, Third Edition, the most widely used placement criteria for patients with addiction and co-occurring conditions. In 2019, Scott won Training Magazine’s award for Excellence in No-Tech or Low-Tech Gamification Design.
