Joe Parson is a Highly Qualified Expert (HQE) assigned to the U.S. Army Futures Command Synthetic Training Environment Cross Functional Team (STE-CFT) as a Senior Technical Advisor to the Director. He provides critical input in direct support of the Director’s vision of enhancing realistic training to ensure readiness for units in the conduct of multi-domain operations in diverse complex operational environments. Mr. Parson is dedicated to creating an organizational climate that values each member of the team while fostering a culture of collaboration, communication, and innovation.
