Colin Saunders brings the passion of 20 years of experience in learning and development, interwoven with fundamentals of organizational change management and leadership to both engage and excite. Much of the work Colin does includes; technology-based ideation, strategic planning, exploration, and creative development through facilitating communities of practice and professional learning communities. Results of his efforts highlight adoption; problem-solving, emotional intelligence, acquisition of new skills, access, learning outcomes and reflection for audiences ranging from faculty, staff, students, employees, management, and subject matter experts.
